Fantastic service. Saves me cooking. The delays in delivery I experienced were from individual restaurants, not the app itself. Either they wanted to prepare the food fresh, or some other thing. The app just connects you with restaurants around the city: they're not the ones making the food. Funding my wallet is easy. Ordering is easy. I didn't know many of the food places listed till I found the app. Love the smoothies and parfait on the menu and hope to see more health food restaurants added.

Their riders are probably the worst set of people I've had to deal with. It takes hours to pick up an order and their phones are always busy. I've had to cancel orders and request a refund just because while waiting on my order for at least 2 hours, I'd have gone to the kitchen and actually cooked. To be fair, their customer support responds swiftly. They should just work on the riders. The app is great too, but what's a great app and good customer service when you don't get what you paid for?

Very slow and unreliable. Waited for more than 4 hours for my order without a rider assigned. They lied several times there was a rider and I ended up having to cancel out of frustration. The customer service was so poor and useless. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Such a stupid and useless platform. Not to mention that some functionalities on the app are also not working.
